We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in case of pricing discrepancies or unverified logistics locations.
Once your order is confirmed, our UK support team will send an order summary via email and WhatsApp.
3. Pricing & Pay On Delivery (COD)
All prices listed on our store are in British Pounds (£) and include applicable UK taxes. With our signature Cash on Delivery service, no upfront deposit is required at checkout. Payment is collected upon delivery after you inspect your furniture items.
4. Delivery & Return Rights
Standard UK delivery is provided free of charge. Most orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days. Customers enjoy a 14-day return window from the date of receipt, provided items remain in unused, original condition.
